Description:

This is version of other mod with similiar functionality that doesnt’ block society research for getting first contact special events. In this version, 10 years is a timeframe in which both you & ai will research every language.

This version is more balanced, because while keeping same weights for researches on AI, it does not block the research tree for the time of language decryption.
