One panel to manage resources, tech, empire buffs, planets, leaders, fleets and more.

Known issue

1.The Planet window does not correctly display planet size and colony ascension level at 4.4 Not affect functionality.
2.To edit an Ark, you need to select the colony on the Ark from the overview panel on the right.

Main Window (open from edict)

Resources
Provides one-time or monthly income from basic resources, special resources, strategic resources, and research points. Features an automatic balancing function to ensure your inventory never falls below the set level.

Technology
Unlock all technologies with one click or unlock in batches by level (T1–T5); Physical/Social/Engineering technologies can be unlocked item by item; cyclical technologies can be upgraded individually or collectively by +1/+10.

Buffs
Provides various bonuses to the economy, planets, population, research, leaders, and damage/defense for fleets and armies.

Military
Generates various types of player-owned or corrupted empire ships, recruits armies, etc. Target celestial bodies for ship generation can be specified.

Species
Adjust species traits, convert population, etc.

Leaders
Adjust leader traits, recruit leaders, etc.

Relics
Add or remove relics, clear activation cooldowns.

Shroud
Contact and change the attunement of the Patron.

Situation
Modify situation progress.

Interior
Adjust empire ideology, unify population ideology. Initiate the parliamentary agenda and unlock parliamentary seats.
Finish wanderlust mission.

Megastructures
Generate various megastructures and upgrade them.

Planet Window (open from decision)

Class
Change planet type and adjust planet size.

Districts
Add or remove districts. A maximum of four of each type of zone.

Add or remove planetary modifications.

Colony
Adjust colony population, race, and ascension level.

Find Open Cheat Engine in your empire’s edict list and enable it.
For planet edits, open any planet and use the CE Planet Editor decision.

Disables Steam achievements.
Single-player only.
