Hyperlane Master gives you complete control over your empire’s hyperlane network.

No longer bound by default connections, you can:

  • Create hyperlanes between any two systems
  • Destroy existing hyperlanes or isolate systems completely
  • Connect systems directly to your capital
  • 4-tier cost system: Free, Cheap, Normal, Expensive
  • Free mode: No costs for any operations (perfect for testing/creative play)
  • Control Panel GUI: Interactive panel accessible via Edicts for all hyperlane operations with live planet selection and instant updates
  • Bookmark system: Save up to 3 origin and 3 target systems for quick access
  • Resource validation: Checks available resources before allowing operations

How to Use

Control Panel

Access the Hyperlane Master Control Panel through Edicts → Hyperlane Master Control Panel.

From the Control Panel you can:

  • Switch between Free, Cheap, Normal, or Expensive cost tiers
  • Unlock "Hyperlane Mastery" technology instantly
  • Set Origin and Target systems interactively by selecting any planet or star on the map
  • Save up to 3 origin and 3 target systems as bookmarks for quick access
  • Deselect origin or target systems when needed
  • Create or destroy hyperlanes between origin and target
  • Destroy all hyperlanes from the origin system (isolate)
  • Connect the origin system directly to your capital
  • View the update history
  • Clear all flags the mod sets. This is more of a debug feature. Not intended for normal use.

Cost Presets

Access via:
Edicts → Hyperlane Master Control Panel

Base Hyperlane costs: 3000 Energy, 1500 Alloys, 1000 Minerals, 75 Influence
Base System Creation costs: 10000 Energy, 10000 Alloys, 10000 Minerals, 250 Influence

Restrictions

  • AI players cannot use these features
  • You must be able to click on a planet or star in the system to set an origin or target. Planetary/Star view windows do not need to be open. Clicking is sufficient.
  • Requires "Hyperlane Mastery" technology or Hyperlane Master ascension perk. Alternatively, you can unlock it instantly via the control panel

Unlock instantly via Edicts → Hyperlane Master Control Panel

Compatibility

  • Fully vanilla, no mod dependencies, no dlc required
  • Compatible with all Stellaris versions (afaik)
  • Works with existing saves (most likely)
  • No known conflicts with other mods
