//CURRENT STATUS//

This is a temp mod to make the frameworld work with 4.3

Updates the Frameworld to 4.X. Balanced to keep similar gameplay mechanics and strength as before. (I swear i tried to keep it balanced)

//FEATURES//
  • All districts updated to 4.0, each with their own zones.
  • Most districts use vanilla zones, so mods that add their own zones are compatible.
  • Frame expansions no longer add build speed, but add +1 simultaneous build cap per 40 frame size.
  • Outposts no longer give pop growth modifiers, but add extra job growth jobs (spawning drones, replicators/roboticists, medical worker) and carrying capacity.
  • PCC Upgrade is weaker, but now doubles jobs from Trade, Unity, and Research districts.
  • Added mindlink district for Behemoth Fury compat.
  • Added mutagenic frame habitability.
  • Added tankbound compatibility.
  • Disabled ability for AI empires to have frame origin.

KNOWN ISSUES

This is a bit of a 90% done patch.

  • Sometimes, upgrades will be blocked even if you do not have an ongoing project on the frame. Use the command
    effect remove_planet_flag = frameworld_upgrade

    when the planet view is open to fix this.

  • When Virtual, conquered planets will not empty and turn into outposts – USE THE NEW DECISION ON THE PLANET TO KILL THEM, ITS LABELED WITH FRAMEWORLD
  • High Density compensation is broken – Vanilla Gigas bug, not my fault. This does result in the origin being very snowbally.
