✨ Description

Feature Preserver ensures that rare deposits and features survive:
• Terraforming
• Machine Worlds
• Hive Worlds
• Nanite Worlds
• Ecumenopolis conversion & restoration
It works by flagging features and deposits so they are not wiped by planetary transformations.

🌍 Terraforming Improvements

• Terraforming into Machine, Hive, and Nanite Worlds no longer removes rare deposits or features
• Each world type has its own logical deposit set that can carry over
• Designed to make sense, not just preserve everything blindly

🏙️ Arcology Project (Ecumenopolis)

• Converting or restoring an Ecumenopolis no longer deletes rare deposits or features
• Thanks to FirePrinces Fixes, only deposits that make no logical sense are blocked
(Goodbye, harvester fields)
Note: Some Earth-style deposits are intentionally kept for flavour.
These may be refined in future updates.

This mod is built for maximum compatibility.

Everything Else
• Unsupported mods are processed via the deposit_cat_rare category
• This allows most modded deposits to work automatically
• Some edge cases (e.g. food-related deposits on Ecumenopolis worlds) may still appear
I can’t manually audit every mod — if something should pass through, tell me and I’ll consider adding it.
