This patch has been tested with Stellaris version 4.0.15, but it should remain compatible with past and future versions. I will continue to monitor compatibility.
1. Is it playable without NSC3 installed?
->Yes it should. You just wouldnt have new NSC3 Ships. Means a smaller roaster.
