Description:

Raises the maximum leader level to 9999. Increases the maximum of leader traits to 19998 – 9999 basic ones and 9999 veteran ones. Leader can select a trait on each level.

Only with enabled DLC "Galactic Paragons": veteran class picking will happen at level 7; selecting a destiny trait will happen at level 14.

This mod overwrites some variables in the file: "Stellariscommondefines0_defines.txt". So, if you want to maximize compatibility with other mods, you should try to position it in the load order as low as possible.

Because Stellaris can’t handle textures, at least, wider than 16384 pixels, I couldn’t make full-fledged icons for showing the leader level.

Instead there will be a very thin white bar at level 1.
From level 2 to level 9535, it will slowly fill with red color.
From level 9536 to 9599, it will be completely red.
At level 9600, it will turn yellow.
At the maximum 9999 level, it will turn cyan.
