Galactic Community Overhaul [4.3.x]
New Resolutions, Casus Belli, Improved Vanilla Resolutions, Exterminators that are able to join the GalCom UNDER SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
Galactic Community Overhaul adds 7 new Resolution Groups with 21 new Resolutions to the Galactic Community & Imperium, e.g. a stellaris equivalent of human rights and the possibility for the galactic emperor to disband the Imperium.

Compatibility
This mod overwrites the following game rules:
– can_be_part_of_galactic_council
– can_be_part_of_galactic_empire
– can_be_part_of_galactic_community
– can_use_galactic_market
Also overwrites the resolution ‘resolution_divinity_right_to_work’ in order to work with the synthetic superiority resolutions.
Should work fine with other Galactic Community mods as no categories are overwritten.

– Flavor AI events (e.g. empires with few allies in the GC or denounced empires leaving the GC)
– Cross-Mod Support for Hyperconstructs
