- Ruler Gains the Chosen one trait at game start, becoming Immortal.
- Empire gain Divine Sovereign civic at game start.
- Effective Ruler Skill: +1
Requires either Dictatorial or Imperial authority and some degree of the Spiritualist ethic.
Compatibility
Should be good with everything; overwrites nothing!
