[4.2] Animated Dragon Portrait
Stellaris version 4.2.*
For those who wish to play as a Dragon Empire in Stellaris and conquer their foes to claim what rightfully belongs to their powerful species. This mod offers 1 portrait with a few color variants. If you wish to truly achieve your potential as a Dragon Empire, however, playing with my mechanical mod, Become the Dragon, is heavily recommended.
NOTE: I won’t move Draconian portraits into the REP species class, since they are quite different from the vanilla reptilians and deserve their own special class and sounds. I may add personalized diplomatic replies in the future.
