Unlimited Traits, Ethics and Civics (Updated!)

You get a trait that gives unlimited trait points and everyone has unlimited base trait picks. You get a civic that combines many effects of vanilla civics, as well as giving you unlimited civic points. Alternatively, there is a civic that only grants points. There is a decision that permanently grants the effects of each fanatic ethic.
The lack of updates was too much for me to handle, so I did it myself. I have also taken the time to clean up the files so it takes up ~7 times less space. This will be taken down at the modder’s request.
If anything is broken, leave a comment and I’ll try and sort it.

MY CIVIC POINTS AREN’T WORKING!
They apply in-game, not in the empire creation screen. The only way to change it in the empire creation screen would give the AI extra civics.
