ConditionalLeaderBackgrounds – For 3.10のver3.13.x対応に加え、
いくつかのmodとの互換性を追加したmodです。
リーダーが、ベテランクラス以上の上位リーダー特性を持っている場合、
リーダー画面における背景が切り替わるようになります。
内部記述の変更により、mod単独では実績に対応しています。
下記modなどと併用している場合には実績は獲得できません。

In addition to being compatible with ver3.13.x from ConditionalLeaderBackgrounds – For 3.10, this mod also adds compatibility with some other mods.
If the leader has a higher leader trait than veteran class or above,
the background on the leader screen will change.
Due to changes in internal code, the mod alone supports achievements.
Achievements cannot be earned if used in conjunction with the following mods.
