This is an add-on of various non-megastructure related features from previous mods I have made that I wanted to continue to support and integrate more closely with Additional Mega-Engineering Projects. These are civics that require the player to have a set of specific civics to choose. They cannot be chosen at game start and must be adopted by reforming your government.

These are civics that require the player to have a specific origin and at least one specific civic. Can be taken at game start but not after game start.

• Marauder Spirit

• Luxury Brand Servitors

• Available to Regular and Corporate empires
• Focuses on modifiers that improve planet administration.

• Available to Regular and Corporate empires
• Focuses on modifiers that support a tall play style.

• Reduces empire size from pops by 50%

• Reduces empire size from districts by 25%
• Reduces upkeep from districts by 25%
