This mod unlocks the maximum amount that the repeatable technology for Fleet Command Limit can be researched.
Repeatable Tech Fleet Command Limit : 5 -> ∞
Repeatable Tech Starbase Capacity: 5 -> 10
Repeatable Tech Naval Capacity: 5 -> 10
The absolute maximum Fleet Command Limit has also been changed from 500 to 10000
