This is a stand-alone mod. It does not need Planetary Diversity.
Make sure this mod is below any UI mods in your load order.
I would highly recommend using this with my Planet View or another mod that extends Planet View to get the full effect of the Artwork.
This mod does one thing: it replaces the vanilla artwork with artwork from PD’s artist.
