This mod adds several planetary features that can be built through planetary decisions, which require prerequisite technology to unlock. To build a ground megastructure (planetary feature), you need to start a construction situation by executing a planetary decision. Once completed, you can add the corresponding planetary feature to the planet, which can provide significant benefits to your colony in certain areas.

Requirement:
1. UI Overhaul Dynamic (Not necessary but recommended)
2. Universal Modifier Patch. (Not a must but recommended when using multiple mods overwritting same EC)
3. More Localized Text Color (Not a must but recommended)
Compatibility:
Overrides game_rule can_capture_ship and event grand_archive.9000, scripted_trigger politician_is_science_director, and textcolors (bitmapfonts) under interface/, also planet_jobs planet_politicians planet_traders megastructures in economic_categories.
Notes:
1. If you encountered loss of ground megastructures, use Modify Ground Megastructures → Restore in planetary decisions.
