ACOT Menacing Ships Patch
Allows ACOT/AOT reactors and combat computers to be added to menacing ships
//FEATURES//
- Allows Delta, Alpha, Phi, Runic, and Sigma reactors and combat computers to be added to vanilla menacing ships
- Maintains the menacing special trait of not costing anything except minerals.
- Does not affect, nor is affected by Theta or Omega components (I know we are talking ACOT balance, but even that is a bit crazy)
