实测必须开启某DLC才允许自定义顾问语音。很抱歉我也不知道哪个DLC。吃相难看
①游戏外：新游戏→帝国→编辑→顾问语音(“帝国”的第三个选项)
②游戏内：左上角六边形徽章→顾问→自定义

匹配为-18LUFS，如果觉得不适应请在设置菜单调整顾问音量。

Based on So-VITS 4.1 and Microsoft TTS, this Chinese voice advisor features a total of 137 sound files.
Voice ownership belongs to the voice actors; for infringement issues, please contact for removal.

It has been confirmed that the custom advisor voice can only be enabled by activating a specific DLC. Unfortunately, I don’t know which DLC it is. Not very appealing
① Outside the game: New Game → Empire → Edit → Advisor Voice (the third option in "Empire")
② Inside the game: Hexagonal badge in the upper left corner → Advisor → Custom

The volume is matched to -18 LUFS. If it doesn’t feel right, please adjust the advisor volume in the settings menu.
