[JWL] Planet Flair Adjuster

Originally inspired by Planet Name Editor, this is my attempt at bringing it back to life. In addition to the standard icons and colors, I’ve gone through and added my own. Not only that, but I’ve indexed every icon used by the mod in such a way that it minimizes the impact it has on the length of the name! Something that no other planet name mod has done!
To use the mod simply use the new "Planet Flair Adjuster" decision on any of your owned planets.
To add/remove/change flair after the first time, you must first delete and retype your planet’s name manually.
No vanilla files were harmed in the making of this mod. Should be compatible with everything that doesn’t also add new text colors (I’m unaware of any).
