Lovecraftian Names: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1815356771 but updated for 3.8 so that empires using this namelist no longer produce armies named %SEQ%.

I love this namelist and I hope this helps others enjoy having space horrors in their galaxy.

All credit for the original namelist/mod to Manners, I just updated the variable/localisation stuff to make sequential naming work properly again.
