Slower Exploration and Expansion
Summary:
This mod tries to make the early game feel somewhat longer by slowing down the speed of exploration and border expansions of empires.
Should be compatible with other mods.
Features:
- Slower Survey Speed
- Slower Anomaly Research Speed
- Higher Influence Cost for Outposts
