Description:
Perfectly Balanced – Stellaris Cultivation of Immortals

Damn it, this is unbearable. The server updates every day. This MOD now includes a stable version of "Stellar Cultivation Journey." When running, please only include this MOD, and do not subscribe to "Stellar Cultivation Journey" again. If you need to update to a new version of "Stellar Cultivation Journey," please leave a message in the comments section, and once enough updates are accumulated, the new version will be released at once. This MOD will not be updated more than once a month (except for compatibility with major updates to "Stellar Cultivation Journey" itself).

The development version of this mod would post on GitHub[github.com]. If you want to play the latest version instead of the stable version, please follow the repo and use

git pull

to get the latest commit.

(Not balanced at all!!!)

Stellaris Cultivation of Immortals is a brilliant mod that I had a completely unprecedented time playing. While it is a beautiful thing to be able to cultivate in the world of Stellaris, there are some things about the mod itself that I found quite painful. Whether it’s the manual manipulation of the different levels of population, the large number of low-level jobs, or the reduction in population due to the infinite number of deaths from mid-game onwards, it all takes away from the playing experience.

As a player who is not much of a fan of e-sports or tons of operations, I made some modifications to the original setting of the Stellaris Cultivation of Immortals, mainly for online play with friends. The original author Cepheus said, "I don’t care" about the second creation of the mod. This random crumb mod aims to improve the game experience and further break the mod balance.

Warning: for entertainment purposes only, actual strength is outrageous.

Main mods

Policy

* [New] Allow disabling specific cultivation jobs, such as True Disciple, External Disciple/ Inner Disciple.
* [New] Can adjust the number of jobs (elder, deacon, etc.).
* [New] Allow Tweakment of repeatable technology on/off.
* [New] Allows setting the cost and effect multiplier of repeatable technology.

Cultivation

* [New] Each month will automatically add

pop_flag

to all species in the Empire and raise them to the Empire Cultivation level.
* [Tweak] Cultivation will not lead to exhaustion of potential or death.
* Note: How can the main character of an immortal cultivation novel not be able to level up? It makes sense that everyone in the empire is the main character, right?

* [New] Add a new cultivation practice book that helps everyone cultivate the fairy.

Species Traits

* [Tweak] Removed the limit on the number of Immortal Kings and Immortal Emperors.
* [Tweak] Population with the Immortal cultivation trait can reproduce naturally.
* Note: Can’t understand why cultivating species would make people infertile, it is known that only house prices would keep people from having babies.
* [Tweak] Full spawn bonus and resource consumption for the Cultivate Immortal trait has been restored.

Pop Jobs

* [Tweak] Scattered immortals in the Immortal Court will not reduce the stability of the Immortal Court.

* [Tweak] The era of scattered immortal liberalization is over. All scattered immortals will be put on jobs.
* Note: As the loose immortals work day and night, so only immortals in the Immortal Court will still be able to cultivate and breakthrough.
* [Tweak] There will also be no casual cultivator jobs on planets without clan buildings.
* [Tweak] Fixed pop job weights to prevent overflow causing pop not to be on jobs.

Event

* [Tweak] Ascending to the immortal world will not kill a population.
* Note: It is well known that 1 population ≠ 1 person, and an immortal’s ascension will of course not cause a reduction in the number of people in their population.
* [Tweak] Those who ascend to the fairyland won’t die. Instead, they will reach a higher level because of the adventures and some sudden enlightenment.
* Note: The main character lives forever.

Government

* [Tweak] Removed all restrictions on the civics of cultivation, and cultivation civics can be added or removed at will.
* Note: For compatibility with the ZoFE Lost Empire mod, of course! Reorganizing the Immortal Sect after the Fall and Revival is still possible.

* [Tweak] Immortal Sect government can be chosen after the game starts.

District

* [Tweak] How can the Immortal Court be so weak? All the fairy jobs are now affected by produce modifiers.

Leaders

* [Tweak] A leader trait boost determination will also be made once a month to boost the leader’s immortal cultivation trait.
* [Tweak] Leaders can ascend to the fairy traits.
* [Revert] Leader break is rollbacked to the older version, all kinds of leaders can have leader traits.

Ascension

* [Tweak] The ascend to fairyland and the build heaven ascension perks are compatible.

Translation

* [New] English translation is done.
