Jobs Expansion: Free Development Agreement
The mod currently supports simp-Chinese and English.
No overwrite of the original game file.
Only the edicts and corresponding jobs have been modified, which is compatible with most existing mods.

Contents of this mod:
47 edicts have been added, which can provide the empire with additional jobs linked to the population of the planet (to relieve the pressure of unemployment / provide much-needed resource flows / provide output buffs for the planet).

Additional notes:
Jobs setting for the maintenance of unity is that these posts require the state to invest additional administrative costs to support them.
In addition to providing jobs, a few edicts have their own amendments, which can be seen as the diplomatic or internal consequences of opening these posts.
These edicts can play a practical role in the period after the middle of the game. Early use may be overwhelmed by maintenance costs of consumer goods and unity, or there is not enough population to generate jobs.
These edicts are designed to solve the employment problem in the absence of jobs, improve the output efficiency of a large population planet, create differences and uniqueness for empires with different ideological trends or civics, and provide stable access to rare resources and rare relics in later periods.
In order to maintain the game experience and the pursuit of rationality, the actual strength of these edicts is between useful and necessary, and the jobs provided by them is generally weaker than that of the major mods like GIGA. If players feel that any positions are too strong/weak, I will correct them.
At present, the ai empire will not use these laws.
