UPD Planetary Development LEVEL 3:
8 additional building-slots
20 additional housing

IMPORTANT:
U.P.D. makes you independent from updates of other mods like Planetary Diversity and its sub-mods. No frills. No waiting-time for mod updates.

U.P.D. does NOT overwrite any files.

U.P.D. is NOT manipulating any files from e.g. Planetary Diversity, Gigastructural Engineering and other mods alike that contain districts or buildings.

U.P.D. works as long as there are Capital Buildings in Stellaris.

U.P.D. is save-game friendly. The decisions show up when you load your save.

Do NOT use with other mods that enable additional building-slots and housing.

Do NOT try to use it with a save-game that was saved with other mods enabled that enable additional building-slots and housing.
