Better Catalytic Processing
Catalytic Processing is great concept, but not so goot as this civic take one civic slot, and still need lots of mining districts.
this mod make food upkeep instead minerals for consumer goods and stratagic resource with Catalytic Processing, so you need lots of food and minimal mining district. (you need minerals for building things, so maybe you still need some mining world )
