Description:

Sort of a spiritual successor to the first mod I ever made, Vanir, which was just a small selection of AI generated static portraits. This mod contains only animated portraits somewhat in the vein of Warhammer 40k. There are separate portraits for governors, admirals and generals, and scientists. As I envisioned a militaristic empire when I made these, rulers can pull from both admiral and general portraits as well as governor.

2/16: Added a phenotype (phenotype 4 in males) that adds some helmet selection
2/16: Fixed an issue with all pops showing up as female and the gender of imperial heirs not always matching the gender of the portrait.
2/20: Fixed a problem with force spawning custom AI empires using these portraits.

Some people have asked for a tutorial on how to do these:
The basic process is to use Stable Diffusion with OpenPose to get the texture in the correct pose. Then use existing meshes from Stellaris to get the animation. Look through the current portraits and find one that is shaped similarly and moves similarly to how you want yours to move and use that mesh for your portraits.

Rather than try and recreate the wheel and not do it at as well as others already have.
