After a long wait , it has been updated to version 3.7 !
Compatibility :
New code , did not modify any vanilla code .
This mod makes it easier for you to acquire special tech , as long as you have the specific tech .
Note :
Because it is a new code , and the vanilla code has not been modified , it means that certain techs still have limitations , such as Gestalt Empire cannot research psionic theory , and corresponding tech cannot be researched without corresponding DLC , etc .
