More Ship Sections (3.11.x)

Adds more varied ship sections to the ships in the game, adding new ways to play and customise your navy. The mod is a work in progress, and more sections + balance changes will come in the future. This Mod also allows the modification of Construction + Science ships, which come with their own self-defense section templates. This mod shouldn’t interfere with any others, but feel free to let me know in the bug reports section if you find any mods that conflict with this one.
