Fix Slave Policies
For v3.11.1
This mod always allows resettlement and population controls of enslaved and purging pops regardless of your current policies, as well as social welfare living standards for all slavery types.
You might have resettlement prohibited to appease the Egalitarian faction and you can still resettle xeno slaves.
The resettlement policy description only refers to "free pops", and in v2.1, slave pops could always be resettled, so this mod’s resettlement policy is the original behavior.
