[3.6+] WH40k: Imperium Portraits

What does this mod add? To quote the original description:
"As the name implies, this mod adds only new portraits. No tons of code, maximum compatibility with your carefully crafted collection of mods."
This mod just adds portraits based on the Imperium of Man from Warhammer 40,000 to Stellaris as well as a city set based on the Gothic theming of Imperial hive cities. As it stands I won’t be adding anything to this portrait set but instead updating and maintaining it.
Changes include:
– removed WH40k art work as load screens
– commented out excess code that wasn’t removed
– enabled use for random empires (to allow multiple custom empires to use Imperium portraits)
– new_human version added as of 12 May 2023
