After centuries of strife and misery, the age of the Khans began. It was a time of great struggle, when dire circumstances called for radical solutions under ruthless and unwavering leadership. The price was dear, but through the Iron Rule of the Khans mankind survived. Having pacified their homeworld of Alpha Ceti, the Terran Khanate now seeks to expand its territories; to secure the rightful place of humans in the galaxy until the end of time.

– Why some models vanilla?
Master of Orion doesn’t contain that many models for its space gameplay, so I couldn’t find a replacement for every model. If a find a solution the mod will be updated.
– NSC/Downscaled ships when?
Currently no plans to add support for other mods, but people are free to make any patches.

That is correct, you have the eyes of a creature with good eyesight. The Terran Khanate doesn’t feature a unique shipset in Master of Orion, but rather uses a darker version of the human ship set.
