Actual Reactors
This is a simple mod that adds 5 reactors that simply generate a moderate amount of energy.
Each reactor is unlocked by its respective vanilla tech that adds the ship reactor components.
To build a reactor you must first build the Reactor Construction Site which is unlocked on game start by the Fission Reactor tech.
After you construct the site you can choose which reactor you can build so long as you’ve researched their respective tech.
Building stats:
Fusion Reactor: generates 25 energy and has an upkeep of 3 exotic gasses.
Cold Fusion Reactor: generates 35 energy and has an upkeep of 1 exotic gas.
Antimatter Reactor: generates 50 energy and has an upkeep of 1 volatile mote.
Zero Point Reactor: generates 75 energy and has no upkeep.
Dark Matter Reactor: generates 125 energy and has an upkeep of 0.25 dark matter.
Each reactor reduces the energy upkeep of buildings on planets starting from 2.5% and up to 25% and increase in Generator Districts from 1 to 5.
Each reactor also comes with some technician jobs to "keep it running". (not OP at all)
Also the mod unlocks the Bio Reactor for all empires to use. It is the only overwritten vanilla thing in the mod.
The only file the mod overwrites is the "03_resource_buildings.txt" file.
Best to put the mod at the end of the load order.
