Rival any nation regardless of their power.
End rivalry decreased to 1 year cooldown; number of rivals remains unchanged.
Wage war of humiliation on almost any empire.
Although you can rival there is no change to the containment war goals i.e., “End Threat”
Compatibility and Load Order
– Should work anywhere in load order but bottoms better if not.
Should be compatible with almost all mods as long as they do not change the rules around rivalling and humiliation.
