– planetary ascension is tied to number of slots so max level is 16 (+500% designation output, -80% size from this planet)
– Standard Construction Templates in Prosperity tree additionally increases by +25% Planetary projects speed (like Arcology Project or Mastery of Nature)
– Environmental Diversification in Adaptability gives +1 gene moddification point and +1 bio trait pick
