Description:

This is a merger of my Super Planet mods, with a twist!
You can now enact policies to allow your empire, or even AI empires, access to one of three Super Planet decisions on owned planets, as well as a separate policy for Super Pop Growth Levels, and Super Districts, on owned planets.

Decisions:
Tier 1 Super Planet
job production: +100%

Tier 2 Super Planet
job production: +1,000%

Tier 3 Super Planet
job production: +10,000%

Super Pop Growth Lvl 1
Pop Growth/Assembly(mech and bio) speed: +100%

Super Pop Growth Lvl 2
Pop Growth/Assembly(mech and bio) speed: +1,000%

Super Pop Growth Lvl 3
Pop Growth/Assembly(mech and bio) speed: +10,000%
