Xenonion MP Advanced Start
Advanced start mod created for Xenonion multiplayer games.
#Technologies
Gives 6 tier one technologies (so you unlock tier 2 right away) of each tech tree with different variations depending on empire type. (Gestalts don’t invest into market and so on)
#Resources
You will also receive 1k minerals/energy/food, 500 alloys/consumer goods, 250 influence, 500 unity as your starting resources, although, again, with slight variations depending on your empire type. (Hive Minds don’t get consumer good etc.)
#Leaders
Leader flat experience gain has been buffed, so you can realisticly get a level 8 leader somewhere close to 2300:
1) From being assigned to anything, from 5 exp a month to 20 exp
2) Commanders experience gain from battles and invasions have been doubled
3) Heirs gets 5 extra exp a month instead of 1
4) Leader base unity upkeep starts at 1 instead of 2
5) Sovereign circuits and autonomous drones civics now fully replace the unity upkeep with base resources
#Ships
Experience gain buffed from 5 a day of being in combat to 10
Getting Elite rank now cost 5000 exp instead of 10000
#Federations
Doubled cohesion to exp conversion (at 100 cohesion you get 20 exp a month, at -100 you get -20)
Downtime before loosing a level from negative experience is now 24 months instead of 3 months
#Planets
+1 guaranteed 15 sized relic world in your home system. (Will only spawn for player empires, Shattered Ring origin will not get it)
#Fleets
A fleet of 10 corvettes with an admiral, and another research ship with a scientist. (unless you start with eager explorers civic or its counterparts)
#GalCom
GalCom formation event is guaranteed to appear in 20 years since game start (unless where is less than 3 non-genocidal empires in the galaxy)
All cooldowns in GalCom are twice as fast. (1 year between resolutions, 2 years to vote for example)
You can establish The Council after 10 years the GalCom has formed instead of 20.
#Crisis
Will spawn after 20 years since end game year no matter what (no longer you need to wait for 100 years until it spawns because the game failed to roll the dice numerous times)
If you set crisis to random or all, all crisis types will have an equal chance to spawn (so Unbidden wouldnt be so common)
#AI Balance
All forms of AI difficulty modifiers regarding ship cost/upkeep reduction as well as naval cap buffs are removed (This is to reduce the AI spamming ships)
Extra stability and decreased pop resettlement cost have been removed.
And no, IT IS NOT ACHIEVEMENT COMPATIBLE. (pain)
