Transforming other planets into this type requires either the arcology project Ascension Plan or the machine worlds Ascension or the Hive world Ascension.
The planet now features upgrade resolutions that necessitate dark energy; these resolutions will clear the planetary districts upon completion (requires installation and activation of ACOT).
With this planet, you can liberate your people from the labor of producing essential supplies, allowing them to explore the mysteries of the endless stars (rest assured).
