Normal leaders do not fully follow the Star Oath rules and are not subject to the Permission Level limit on the maximum number of leaders.
However, constructing and upgrading still cost Star Coin, and spending Star Coin for normal leaders does not increase your Privilege Points.
In addition, normal leaders do not acquire the Rare or Super Rare skills
And gain new Skill Points at 4-7-10-13-16-20-25 level.
In addition to the above, the general leader of the Star Oath also enjoys the effect of building immortality, and the same function and gameplay as the main content leader of the Star Oath.
