What it does :

▶ Updated to 3.4.2, this include batteries for Orbital Rings

▶ Add "Starbase Lance" less powerfull than "Starbase Lance II"
▶ Increase building time and cost for Fortresses, Citadels, Heavy Modules
▶ Add 2 more modules and 1 more building for Citadels

▶ Add more pictures for Auras on Starbases
▶ Fix some localisation

▶ Change the base layout of Starbases
– Starport : 3 1(vanilla : 1 2)
– Starhold : 2 2 3 (vanilla : 1 4)
– Starfortress : 1 2 4 6 (vanilla : 1 6)
– Citadel : 1 3 6 12 (vanilla : 1 12)
▶ Add more slots (Utilities) on Starhold, Starfortress, Citadel
▶ Add shield bonus points (1000, 2000, 5000, 10000, 20000) to each level of Starbases like it is existing in vanilla for armor (1000, 2000, 4000 for Orbital Rings)
▶ Gun battery, Missile battery, Hangar bay add now +10% Shield bonus to the Starbases (+20% for Orbital Rings)
▶ The ascension Perk Eternal vigilance now unlocks "Heavy Starbase Defense modules"
▶ Heavy Starbase Defense modules add +20% Hull points, +15% Armor points, +15% Shield points to the Starbases (+40% / +30% / +30% for Orbital Rings)
– Massive Gun Batteries : Adds two slots to the Starbase (For Starfortress and Citadel)
– Massive Missile Batteries : Adds five slots to the Starbase (For Starfortress and Citadel)
– Massive Hangar Bays : Adds three slots to the Starbase (For Starfortress and Citadel)
– Massive Beam Batteries : Adds one slot and two slots to the Starbase (For Citadel)
▶ Now only useful A slot components can be on the Starbases
▶ UI : Add one more slot to the "Core components" view in ship detail to correctly display all Starbases possibilities
▶ Add a T weapon exclusive to the Starbase
▶ Add a X weapon exclusive to the Starbase less powerfull than other X weapons but without any research needed
▶ Afterburners are possible on Juggernauts


BUGFIXES :

▶ Fix the reactor power of the Starbases by separating the Juggernaut reactor and the Starbase reactor
▶ The reactor of the Starbases is now back à 10 000 energy like it was before the Juggernaut update, no matter the level of the Starbase
▶ You can now have Dragon armor on the Starbase like it should.
▶ You can now have Psionic shields on the Starbase like it should. (If you have Dark matter shields researched)
