Disable Normal Habitat Construction for Starborn
A simple addon mod for Starborn that disables building standard habitats for civs with the starborn origin.
It’s separate from the main mod for compatibility reasons, because it has to totally override the vanilla habitat code, so will run into issues with any mod that does likewise.
