Project SCP (Formerly SCP Anomalies & Events)
SCP anomalies and events, what else? Well, a lot else actually. Not really just an anomalies and events mod anymore… but, well, one thing happened then another and BAM suddenly I have this overextended mess of code.
SCPs currently added anomalies/events:
SCP-055 —– It isn’t round
SCP-173 —– The Sculpture
SCP-426 —– I AM A TOASTER
SCP-682 —– Hard to destroy reptile/Unkillable lizard
SCP-963 —– Dr. Bright’s amulet.
SCP-2399 — Malfunctioning Destroyer
SCP-3008 — Event Chain & Planet modifier. Special relic at end of the chain for the first to complete their instance of it. Not strong mind you, but still noteworthy.
SCP-5000 — Why? (Requires the mod settings be set to "I want it all" at game start)
Other things:
-One tier 5 tech that I felt was fitting to the theme of the SCP universe, a reality warping weapon (Weapon currently disabled due to bugs). I plan to later add scranton reality anchors to defend against it once I figure out how. Also modifiers reality bender job output.
-Some buildings.
-A SCP Foundation Namelist
-New pop jobs
-Various flag emblem icons for around 14 or so different GoIs, plus the foundation.
-SCP 387 origin
-MTF flags
FACTIONS ARE PARTIALLY IMPLEMENTED:
-The SCP Foundation is the first of I think 14 or so factions that will be able to appear during the course of the game. Only one empire can get each of them, and they are all going to be mutually exclusive.
-Second is MC&D, it can only appear after around 6 months after the foundation’s appearance.
-Third is Gamers Against Weed, which has the same time requirements to appear as the MC&D
-Then there are the three sects of the church of the broken god as factions
-Also the serpent’s hand has a faction
-as does the sarkic cult (Only faction that is not announced to other players when it shows up. Don’t tell anyone you got it.)
More coming soon, I’m working on a lot of projects rn tho and I don’t have that much time to add to this though.
Planned Features:
-SCP-001 —– When Day Breaks (origin, something along the lines of the doomsday origin)
-SCP-001 —– Sheaf of Papers (Collectible relic, probably from a dig site. Currently WIP.)
-New factions
Other information of note:
-This isn’t my only mod, so finding time to add features may be awkward for me. Regardless, I shall do my best anyway to work on this when I have time.
-All Civic icons were made by The Hive. His github repository is https://github.com/quetzatcoatl/Stellaris-Moding-Assets.
-actually, unless otherwise stated, the art asset used was made by The Hive.
-SCP 682 event image made by IsisMasshiro on deviantart. (Thanks to Hive for finding the image and acquiring usage permission, as well as converting it into a stellaris-usable size!)
Known Bugs:
-Factions do not always show up immediately upon the event firing. This is not intentional, but I can’t exactly fix it. The reason is presumed to be that the factions are simply enabled by the event and then all pops are instantly reevaluated for what factions they qualify for. This means problems, such as if not enough pops switch for the faction to form instantly… regardless, just wait a bit and make sure you have enough support for matching ethos and it will show up eventually.
