Centered Flag Emblems
Fixes the position of 9 vanilla flags that are not centered properly / don’t line up with the flag backgrounds.
I checked every single vanilla flag emblem to see if they were centered, and updated the ones that needed fixing. If you happen to spot one I may have missed, let me know in the comments!
