Description:

I have manually confirmed that it works for 3.3 to 3.6, and believe that it’ll work with any 3.* version.

1 New Technology,
3 Policies,
9 Edicts.
All focused around diplomacy.
Each "Xeno" tech, gives 1 Policy and 3 Edicts, 3rd "Xeno" tech is a custom Tier 5 society tech, only meant for unlocking the edicts and policies, which will only appear if you’re part of the galactic community.
