Vesta: Rare resource & Habitats Overhaul [update for 3.4]

In the Vanilla game, the production of Rare Resources often became a BIG problem, especially those that could not be produced by jobs.
Mastery of Nature and Voidborn as functional AP seem a bit too weak right now, maybe it would be better to enhance it.
So we made this mod to simplify the production of Rare Resources and enhance game sustainability.
In this mod, we have made changes to the various features of the Habitat and Mastery of Natural AP. We also have added several NANITES-related technologies as well as buildings. Including the Nanite Transmuter
New Features
- Several new technologies on nanotechnology have been added, providing rare resource production modifications.
- New buildings can provide jobs for nanobot production.
- New buildings are able to boost the base output of rare resource production professions.
Habitat Changes
- Added four default available building slots to the habitat.
- AI that does not have Void Dweller Origins will not research Habitat techs and Voidborn AP, nor will they attempt to build Habitats.
- After select Voidborn AP, you can continue to upgrade the Habitat for an additional 4 available districts.
Master of Natural Changes
- After completing the Mastery of Nature decision. the "Mastery of Nature: Further" resolution will be unlocked and can be used No limit times, increasing the number of available districts by an additional 3.
- You can use the Exploration of Gaia decision (requires World Shaper/Hive World/Machine World AP) on Gaia to add a special despoit, Valley of Life.
(Effect: Resource output +5%, slave/worker output +5%, simple drones output +5%…) - On Ecumenopolis you can use the Establish an administrative center decision, (requires Arcology Project AP), adds special despoit Administrative Spire.
(Effect: Resource output +5%, expert output +5%, complex drones output +5%.)
Linkage with the same series MODS
- Mastery of Nature decision can also be used on Elysian and Arcology Worlds, and special decisions can be used twice, increasing the number of available districts by two.
- May be incompatible with mods that modify the Mastery of Nature and VoidbornAP.
- May be incompatible with mods that modify the Habitat.
- Apparently does not support achievements.

- Chinese: should not be a big problem.
