This mod adds Fallen portraits from the Destiny games for Stellaris.

1. Animated Fallen/Servitor portraits
2. Fallen civics and origin (based on void dwellers)
2. Fallen traits including an admiral leader trait.
3. New strategic resource exclusive to Fallen empires: Ether (includes a small +/- modifier mechanic for Fallen pops)
4. Fallen buildings for ether production
5. Fallen Technologies
6. Fallen armies
7. Fallen/Servitor namelist
8. Rooms
