Navy Size per Pop Rebalance
STELLARIS 1.8
Simple Mod which changes the default value for Population to grant "Navy Size".
Vanilla (1.8.*) = 0,20 Navy Size per Population
Vanilla (1.6.*) = 0,25 Navy Size per Population
With this Mod = 0,50 Navy Size per Population
=> Which means, your pops allow you to have a slightly bigger navy (Naval capacity)
