Description:

This mod will display a notification when a pop has finished growing or assembling, with custom icon, soft sound (as leader lvl up), and links to the planet. Lifespan is short so they don’t stack.

Updated for 3.12.5. It doesn’t overwrite vanilla and should be compatible with any other mod.
