艦隊と提督の経験値を上げたり、艦船に各種補正を付与させることのできる「艦隊演習」を追加するmodです。
技術「無敵艦隊戦闘ドクトリン」「艦隊通信ドクトリン」の研究を完了することで巨大構造物「艦隊演習支援基地」が建造可能となり、
巨大構造物のある星系に艦隊を集結させ、巨大構造物をアップグレードすることで演習を開始できます。
演習中は自軍艦隊はダメージが入らないか、イベントロックされるため戦闘には投入できなくなります。
演習終了後、演習に参加した全ての艦船と、艦隊を指揮した提督に経験値が付与されます。

This mod adds a "fleet exercise" that can increase the experience of the fleet and admiral, and give various corrections to the ship.
By completing the research of the technologies "Invincible Fleet Combat Doctrine" and "Fleet Communication Doctrine", it becomes possible to build a huge structure "Fleet Training Support Base".
Assemble your fleet in a system with a megastructure and upgrade the megastructure to begin the exercise.
During the exercise, your own fleet will not take damage or will be event locked, so you will not be able to put it into battle.
After the exercise is over, all ships that participated in the exercise and the Admiral who commanded the fleet will receive experience points.
