Description:

Xtra Emblems currently adds ~70 new emblems.
All added emblems can also be used by the AI.

Apparently, a bug with stellaris has broken the scroll function of the empire creation UI, therefore to view all emblems I highly recommend you use UI Overhaul Dynamic, if you’re not already.
