Repeal resolutions should be working for the resolutions this mod adds. If you come across any instance of that not being the case, please do tell me!
For as long as the custodian has been around there were questions. Questions about increasing the power of the custodian. Now, they shall be granted to their fullest extent.
- It adds an option for the custodian to become, well, the Grand Custodian. A prosperous non authoritarian Imperium of sorts. Of course the Galactic Imperium cannot be declared once the Grand Custodian is appointed and vice versa.
- It adds several resolution trees available to both the Imperium and the Grand Custodian that grant powerful bonuses.
- When advancing to the Grand Custodian or Galactic Imperium a set of much more powerful resolutions than the ones you have as the standard custodian, become available.
- It adds a massive positive opinion modifier when the Grand Custodian is declared, available only to members of the Galactic Community.
- It adds a set of incredibly powerful civics to the Grand Custodian, to compensate for the loss of the incredibly powerful mechanics of the Galactic Imperium.
- More resolutions and content to set the grand custodian apart from the imperium, while also balancing this out by adding other content and resolutions to the imperium to ensure no 1 option becomes better.
- Espionage related content and resolutions.
- Depending on results from initial testing, fully custom diplomacy options for the grand custodian and special espionage missions for the emperor. (Custom diplomacy options have proven to be impossible using the intended initially planned way, workaround may still be possible.)
- (Potential, depending on how compatible some things are) A set of unique "authorities" or a representation of them for the Grand Custodian.
- More, depending on feedback received!
This mod should fully work with every save where the custodian is not yet appointed. If you add it to a save where the custodian is already appointed, please note that only the imperium will be available, with all the new toys this mod adds, but not the grand custodianship, unless you unseat the custodian or end the custodianship, nominate a new one and wait for about 3/4 of a century. In the same way, it will fully work in saves where the imperium is already declared.
This mod overwrites several resolutions related to the term limit and seating/unseating of the custodian, and also overwrites 2 vanilla on action events to ensure the opinion modifier is applied properly when an empire joins the Galactic Community, and is also removed properly when an empire is removed from the Galactic Community.
